Our Salted Butter is made from the milk which is first heated to 50°C and then piped into a centrifuge – a large machine that spins the milk around, separating the cream from the milk. The cream is cooled and stored in a tank until it is ready for heat treatment (pasteurisation).
Our Butter and other Dairy products are sourced from ISO certified plants of national repute. All our dairy products contain no added chemicals/preservatives.
